Once you sign up, you'll receive an INTAKE QUESTIONNAIRE via email. Fill it in (with as much detail as possible!) and email it back.

When your completed Intake Questionnaire is received, you'll receive a link to book your for your 60-MINUTE INTAKE INTERVIEW (90 minutes for in-office) where we're going to talk about everything- your goals, health history, diet history, current lifestyle, schedule, routine, danger zones, exercise, supplements, medications, digestion, and poop (yes, we will be that close of friends by the end!). We’ll give you some action steps to get you started ASAP!

We will have weekly ACCOUNTABILITY FACE-TO-FACE APPOINTMENTS OR EMAILS (depending on your program type) to answer any questions, go over your food diary and tweak as needed to make sure you are getting the progress you are happy with. We’ll also discuss any cravings, road blocks, or social events, and make sure you are feeling great, sleeping well, and pooping!

  • I have tried every diet in the world! I can’t lose weight! Yes, you can! If you have tried every diet in the world- stop! This yo-yo dieting slows down your metabolism and can make future weight loss attempts more difficult. We will work together to repair your metabolism and figure out what works best for you 
  • What kind of results can I expect? I have a high success rate in helping my clients lose weight, however, one of my goals is to help you STOP focussing on the scale! Instead, I want you to focus on your biofeedback- how are you feeling, are you sleeping, are you pooping, do you love the food, how’s your energy, is your bloating less, digestion improved, are your clothes fitting?
